When I view a profile, I can’t see any information except for the name, level, and durability.
First, you will need to hover over the item, then over the title of the item. This will show you the information. See images for more information.

I got my profile, but I don’t see the other information, like my pack items, how do I get that to show?
Please see our instructions on how to make an extended profile.
When I attempt to add a profile, I get an error “Failed to retrieve the character profile from the armory.” Why?
Chances are, the profile you are trying to grab, does not exist. You might see the name, when you search the official armory, but clicking on it, brings up an error. The only way to grab the profile, is if it is active. You may need to activate your account, in order to get a new profile.
If your character is active, or you are able to view the profile at the official armory, please send us the character name and server, so we can investigate.
How do you figure out the Gear Score?
Currently, we are getting the Gear Score from wow-heroes.com.
Do you have advertisement free profiles or can you rebrand your site for me?
Yes, for companies, we offer advertisement free profiles at anonprofiles.net. We can also rebrand our site, under a subdomain for you. We can offer basic or extended profiles. Please contact us for more details on either option.
